Qigong, or qi cultivation, was practiced by monks in
ancient China. T’ai Chi Ch’uan, or supreme ultimate
(boxing) fist, developed later as a martial art.
Of the five styles of Tai Chi we practice Yang style.
Each series of movements, or form, has its own name:
Tai Chi and Qigong 18 steps, Yijinjing, Eight Pieces Brocade, Tai Chi 24, 64 or 108 Steps.
